April: Repair to a leeking roof.

May: Shopfitting. Was asked to do some repairs to a designer shop in Paris.
June: Zinc ridge cappings & new chapeaux to chimney stack on the roof.
Client remarks: Very pleased with Charlie's work. Work undertaken speedily
and efficiently and came in at under quoted price.

July: Repair to fishing lake charlet after water damage.

August: Fit 2 new windows & tile dinning room floor.

October: Build a 7m stone wall with 3 columns for fencing.
Client remarks: Did a brilliant job earlier on in the year, so did not hessitatet to ask Charlie to do another project. Once again very happy.
